These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by Castleton Service Group LLC (“Castleton,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to people who opt in to our messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

Castleton may send text messages related to:

Appointment reminders and schedule changes
Project updates and crew arrival notices
Estimate / quote follow-ups
Customer service replies when you text us
Occasional service or business updates you have consented to receive

Messages are conversational and transactional unless you separately consent to marketing texts.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan for details. Castleton does not charge a fee for the SMS program itself.

6. Opting out

Text STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to our number to opt out. You will receive a confirmation, and we will stop sending program messages. You can re-opt in later using an approved opt-in method.

8. Supported carriers

Supported major U.S. carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or devices. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

We use your phone number and related info only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your opt-in data or share it with third parties for their marketing. Messaging platforms we use (for example Twilio or similar) process messages on our behalf.

10. Age

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your state) to opt in, or have a parent/guardian’s consent where required.

11. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may be noted by message or on this page.
