These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by Castleton Service Group LLC (“Castleton,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to people who opt in to our messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

Castleton may send text messages related to:

Appointment reminders and schedule changes
Project updates and crew arrival notices
Estimate / quote follow-ups
Customer service replies when you text us

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

3. Opting in

You can sign up for project texts from Castleton Renovations in either of these ways:

Text START to (419) 574-5339.
Call our office at (419) 276-4200 and tell us you want texts about your project. We record your consent and send a confirmation text.

After you opt in, you’ll receive: “Castleton Renovations: You’re signed up for project texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project and requests. You may receive multiple messages per week during active jobs, and fewer otherwise.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan for details. Castleton does not charge a fee for the SMS program itself.

6. Opting out

Text STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to our number to opt out. You will receive a confirmation, and we will stop sending program messages. You can re-opt in later using an approved opt-in method.

8. Supported carriers

Supported major U.S. carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or devices. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

We use your phone number and related info only as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Messaging platforms we use (for example Twilio or similar) process messages on our behalf.

10. Age

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your state) to opt in, or have a parent/guardian’s consent where required.

11. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may be noted by message or on this page.
